IN TUNE | Phase II
Congratulations you have completed 4 weeks of self study, now you will have more understanding what kind of exercises routine and food choices are better for you and your body, because remember the best diet and workout plan is the one you can stick with.
On the second phase of IN TUNE we start to get more specific and the goal here is to create something customized just for you, your likes and needs. Something that will fit your schedule and lifestyle because let’s get realistic we are all running around trying to be superwoman fitting a million tasks and to do's in our day, so my goal is to make it as easy as possible for you.
First, we will have a Skype or FaceTime consultation where we will review your 4 weeks of IN TUNE and check in on what your goals are going forward. From there I will build a plan that fits perfect for you.
This will include a client exercise and meal plan.
