Welcome to Style Edit, my curated selection of my favorite things. I get asked all the time what is my favorite apparel line, protein powder, etc, so why not create a weekly EDIT of all my favorite things, since they change all the time. After all I am a gemini!


This week's EDIT is inspired by the Miami Marathon which I was supposed to partake before my accident happened. But, no matter where you are, or wether or not you run you can still enjoy some of my suggestions. Enjoy.


  1. My favorite sneakers at the time, great stability with just enough cushion

  2. Pre-run fuel. For me it's always caffeine and this cashew milk latte is the best

  3. Easy to track heart rate monitor that does not use a strap, so all you need is the watch

  4. Great asset to keep yourself from getting injured, plus it helps with circulation

  5. Post-run treat. Cause life it's too short, and after a marathon you deserve it!

  6. These shorts are light and comfortable
